Business Mission and Purpose Statement: To give the public a direct roadmap and guide to better health at the cellular level and how to get there using both viable unbiased published scientific-backed methods and pseudoscience alternative methods (that are not well funded to study because it doesn’t generate big business). The reason I do not ‘just’ solely rely on scientific health studies is due to potential discrepancies, efficacy, and conflict of interests in many studies conducted by our institutions due to various economical business agendas. I want to provide the public an overall natural holistic healthcare view that I have gathered from many accredited expert sources of input which I cite in all of my materials to give plausible optimal methods for in order to gain better health, improve longevity, reduce premature aging, and optimize performance. My approach is to reduce confusion when it comes to how to live a healthy lifestyle due to a lot of misinformation and conflicting advice given to the public from many different sources. All materials I have created for purchase on this website are confirmed from many of society's identified experts' advice.

TRAIN OF THOUGHT
One major issue individuals run into on how to proceed with their health goals is that many of the experts, health influencers, and scientific studies they follow often give contradicting information from year to year, with no clear direction on how to proceed for better health for the individual long term. This information can be confined to the sponsors/endorsements/social media subscribers they have business with, can be narrowminded in terms of other methods that may work better. This tends to cause more confusion without enough details and important context application on various successful methods to follow, and often have not tested and measured their theories accurately or long enough to give credible recommendations. Unfortunately, you need to be aware of the unethical practices that are at play in today’s age to make an attempt at great sustainable health.
Proclaimed health experts have turned more into social media influencers and have run into the problem of creating too much content and perhaps are confusing people about their health more than ever before in order to become more popular to serve their sponsors to generate as many views as possible. In addition, their message and direction of how individuals should proceed with their health is not always clear and left for misinterpretation.
Many health blogs and article pose more questions than answers and give you very vague information because they are built around buying short-term and long-term services and products. It’s a hook and bait type of service rendered.
The content I try to provide on this site is clear and concise for guidance you can implement and use as a playbook in your own life. I hope it helps anyone that comes across it and serves you well.
