Most People & Athletes Are Over-Exercising and Training

It is a privilege to exercise and train for sports. What I mean by this is that most humans do not know what it takes to manage the human body to be able to keep up with the external demands that exercise can require. Now, I am not talking about low-intensity type activities or going to the gym to socialize with the regulars and locals, making the actual attempt of exercising to be in the category of low-intensity. I am sure you have seen plenty of folks go to the gym every day of the week up to five to six times each week, all performing various levels of intensity. In my observations over the years, many will train consistently, with high volume but never get the results they want. They may even get worse results, creating various stress-driven illnesses, hormonal dysfunction, and/or sustaining a significant injury.
